Synopsis:

After the events of Erecting A Monster 2, Victor has decided to transition into a female. The only problem is he needs his genital tissue to fully transition and its buried in the backyard. Victor/Victoria and Mohel Johnny embark on another ridiculous quest. A whole new cast of characters are introduced during this wacky tale that's full of laughs and gore
